We will teach you :

• How to prepare flight plans;
• What is maximum permissible take-off and landing weight, weather reports, airports conditions, and other components required for the safe completion of the flight;
• How to calculate the amount of fuel, distance, maintenance limitations, and weather conditions;
• Metrology, how to analyze the metrological information to determine potential flight hazards;
• How to work with the Flight Crew and give updates to the Captain;
• What is overflying permission and how to obtain one for airBaltic flights.

What You will need to succeed :

• University graduate or final year student;
• Ability to work in shifts and night hours remaining vigilant and with a high degree of accuracy and organization, high sense of responsibility;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Outstanding computer skills, especially advanced knowledge in MS Office;
• Ability to handle multiple processes simultaneously;
• Fluent in English, other languages will be considered as a plus;
• Experience in airline flight services or flight planning is desirable but not required;
• Education in aviation, logistics, navigation.
