We will entrust you to :

• Assist Chief Pilots with day-to-day operational issues;
• Administrate and coordinate Safety, Quality and Risk management issues, including regular follow-ups, investigations and crew debriefings;
• Together with Chief Pilots, Technical pilots and Flight Operations Support, maintain and revise operations manuals;
• Coordinate different operational matters with various Operational departments, IT and Network planning ACMI operations for the flight crew;
• Together with IT and other operational departments, maintain and develop digital solutions for the flight crew.

What you will need to succeed :

• Excellent oral/written communication and problem-resolution skills;
• Understanding of IT processes and solutions;
• University degree;
• Good understanding of Quality, safety, and risk management;
• Experience with Airline operations-related subjects;
• Good English language knowledge.
