We will entrust You to

  • Assist Cabin Crew in daily work and organizational matters, cooperating with colleagues from other functions;
  • Maintain current documents and data in the systems, prepare reports;
  • Administrate Cabin Crew growth plans and records of salary levels;
  • Administrate Cabin Crew absences (vacations, illnesses, other absences);
  • Supervise, administer and control the fulfillment of Cabin crew discipline rules, prepare the necessary documentation;
  • Provide support to managers in administrative matters.

What you will need to succeed

  • Attention to detail;
  • Analyze and process huge amounts of information, and prepare necessary reports according to company guidelines;
  • Flexibility and customer-focused mindset;
  • Excellent English and Latvian language skills, both spoken and written;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially MS Excel;
  • Experience as Cabin Crew will be considered an advantage;
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
