REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

FOR INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANTS:

 

  1. The Faggy Investments Malawi has received a Grant from the African Development Bank and intends to utilize part of this Grant towards the cost of the following Assignment : Project Completion Report ;
  1. The services to be provided under the Assignment include: the evaluation of the effectiveness of the consultancy work in achieving its objectives; the evaluation of the efficiency of the consultancy work, in particular on how the inputs and resources were utilized in achieving the expected outputs; and the evaluation of the relevance of the project to the priorities and needs of the grant recipient and the consistency with the attainment of its overall objective ;
  1. The Faggy Investments Malawi now invites Individual Consultants to indicate their interest in providing the above-described services. Interested Experts shall provide detailed information (documents, reference to similar services, experience in similar assignments, etc.) on their qualifications and experience demonstrating their ability to undertake this Assignment ;
  1. The eligibility criteria, the establishment of a short list and the selection procedure shall be in conformity with the African Development Bank’s Procurement Policy for Bank Group Funded Operations, approved by the Bank’s Boards on 14 October 2015, and available on the Bank Website at http://www.afdb.org. Please, note that interest expressed by an Expert does not imply any obligation on the part of the Grant Recipient to include it in the shortlist ;
  1. The estimated duration of services is thirty (30) days/one (1) calendar month and the estimated starting date is July 20, 2020 ;

  3. Expressions of interest must be received at the address below no later than July 06, 2020, at 5:00 local time and specifically mentioning “PROJECT COMPLETION REPORT ON CONSULTANCY SERVICES”
