Job Purpose

To deliver core logistics and administrative support to Oxfam’s Ukraine response in the Programme Management Unit (PMU) to ensure the effective running of the Unit. To facilitate the deployment of staff to Oxfam’s Ukraine Response, by supporting the travel arrangements (60%). To be the point of contact for all administration including accommodation and office contracts, procurement and meeting/events management, including developing and maintaining filing systems, procurement, and management of departmental assets as applicable (40%).
