Job Description

  • Enables supports to operations teams to streamline current processes ;
  • Conducts business reviews/ process overview ;
  • Performs benchmark exercise to enhance/ optimize process performance ;
  • Organize/Prepare /Attend governance meetings ;
  • Assists/ oversees customer invoicing ;
  • Recommends internal trainings to increase the level of team’s expertise/ customer focus ;
  • Prepare/Conduct Satisfaction survey – NPS/ VOC ;
  • Plays a SPOC role for Dispute Management / REX ;
  • Plan/Organize customer visit for existing/ prospect customers ;
  • Keep customers updated on new initiatives/ products / orga changes ;
  • Facilitate best practice sharing sessions among affiliates.


Candidate profile

  • +5 years’ experience in SSC, at least 2-3 years in people, customer or project management ;
  • Good understanding of finance process streams (O2C, P2P, R2R) ;
  • Strong customer communication/ negotiation skills/Detail oriented/ Time management/ Team player ;
  • Lean Six Sigma ;
  • SAP knowledge ;
  • 20% travel.
