The Opportunity
As the Campaign Events and Outreach Officer which sits within the Ireland Division of Trócaire, you will work as part of a small dynamic team in Northern Ireland to bring Trócaire’s work on Human Rights and Global Justice to different audiences throughout the region. You will help people to understand the root causes of poverty and injustice in the Global South, mobilise them to take action and inspire them to support Trócaire’s Campaigning work. This is a varied and interesting role which will allow you to think creatively about how to engage with different groups of people including university students, politicians and volunteers. You will be working as part of a supportive and collaborative team who are passionate about trying to bring about a more just world.
