To be a successful Film Producer, you’ll need;

To be passionate about visual storytelling and using film to create engaging multi-platform content and that will reach new audiences.

To have a track record working in a fast-moving, deadline driven environment – delivering concurrent projects.

Experience of maintaining excellent film production workflows, right through from brief to delivery.

Your previous experience and excellent skills from the industry, either in-house or agency (and ideally having worked with NGO/non-profit clients), will ensure you can hit the ground running, in addition to:

Solid experience producing compelling film content, either shooting and editing independently or working collaboratively as part of a wider team.
Skilled in editing in either Adobe Creative Suite or Final Cut Pro.
Ability to interrogate creative briefs and deliver ideas in response to brief
A brilliant communicator who can collaborate directly with stakeholders, action feedback, and come up with creative solutions to get the best possible outcome
A proactive, resourceful, and flexible hard-worker, who can jump from one priority to another and deliver to deadlines
Someone who’s kind, with a positive attitude, and has a genuine passion to use their words to make a difference

Ideally, you’ll have at least three years of previous experience either in-house or agency, ideally gained through working with NGO or non-profit clients. We know that not everyone has the same access to career opportunities, though, so we’d still love to receive your application if you have the relevant skills and passion.
