Here’s where you come in:

As the Senior Director for Strategy, Evidence & Innovation and Content & Knowledge Management, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading World Vision’s efforts in effectively communicating our global strategy, Our Promise, across all stakeholders. You will play a critical role in shaping the organisation’s narrative around Strategic Priorities and Strategy Realisation, and engaging stakeholders through compelling content strategies.
  • Leading and coordinating World Vision’s efforts in effectively generating evidence of impact content/products internally and externally that meet the needs of key stakeholders across the partnership for increased impact, influence and income.
  • This includes focusing on generating strategic partnership wide evidence of impact products and other key evidence assets.
  • Leading Knowledge Management (KM) efforts at Partnership level for Evidence of Impact and Innovation. This includes harmonising KM standards to efficiently store, organise, access and disseminate World Vision’s evidence of impact products/assets at Partnership level.
  • Leading World Vision’s efforts in effectively communicating our Innovation Challenge initiative, driving awareness, excitement, and support for field innovative approaches and solutions for children.

Requirements include:

  • Master’s degree in knowledge management, information science, organisational development, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience and solid team management skills
  • Proven experience in strategic roles, setting the vision and direction of relevant units.
  • Proven experience delivering effective quality and innovative content, preferably evidence of impact.
  • Proven ability to work in cross cultural contexts and with different and remote teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management across different layers of leadership

Compensation: For positions filled in the United States, the typical annual salary range for this role is $96,800 to $121,000 USD. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, job level, internal equity and budget. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience and geographic location.
