DESIRED EXPERIENCES FOR ENTRY INTO THE ROLE
  • Five years or more of progressively responsible professional experience in a relevant field of work, with a background and interest in international humanitarian development;
  • Excellent drafting and editing skills in English;
  • Experience of managing small teams of staff and strengthening capacity;
  • Previous work related to displaced populations, cash-based assistance and/or social protection;
  • Experience working for the UN or large INGO in partnerships, advocacy, communications, reporting and/or analysis will be seen as a major advantage.
  • Illustrated experience/knowledge of the humanitarian context in Turkey is a strong advantage.
