Job Description :

  • Under broad direction, responsible for coordinating and implementing best practices/actions to enhance the performance of a Sub-PSL or group of Sub-PSLs in order to achieve the desired PSL strategy and business plan ;
  • Interfaces with the technology, manufacturing, business development and marketing on strategic and tactical issues ;
  • Under broad direction, assess service delivery requirements and coordinates the movement of equipment, materials, and personnel within a Natural Work Area (NWA) (multiple districts) ;
  • Supervises the day-to-day activities of individuals performing well site service work and job/resource planning roles ;
  • Assesses service delivery requirements for each job within assigned NWA (multiple districts) ;
  • Job role has budgetary type of accountabilities or directly impacts a revenue center’s viability or its quality of service via personal contributions ;
  • Job role contributes directly to value creation ;
  • Completion of an undergraduate degree in production and operations management, industrial engineering, or similar disciplines and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Halliburton Product Service Line (PSL) field operations.
