Job Description

E-commerce and New Channel Strategy:

  • Define and deploy E-commerce and New Channel strategy and roadmap for APMO zone, including specific strategy and/or business model for the specific affiliates in the zone with strong E-commerce potential
  • Key accounts for Spare Parts Platform with central sales: Identify, negotiate and implement strategic partnerships across the region
  • Evaluate & analyze the market environment & competitive landscape in the identified countries in the zone and propose the road-to-market for E-commerce and New Channel for the respective affiliates, build, prospect and build strong tie with E-commerce platforms
  • Propose and establish the right team organization to accelerate E-Commerce and New Channel development at the affiliates, including how the new team shall leverage on the existing functions within the corporate organization
  • Create and maintain a commercially focused digital plan to ensure maximum exposure and conversion, execution and evaluation

Brand policy, Brand awareness and Product Management

  • Ensure E-commerce and New Channel brand strategy are in line with Business line.
  • Work together with APMO commercial communication teams to ensure brand visibility and efficient use of A&P budget for E-commerce and New Channel

 Affiliate Support

  • Coordinate and follow up with the affiliates on a regular basis the status of E-commerce/New Channel sales results vs. budget
  • Extend support to affiliates to achieve sales targets
  • For South East Asia countries, take as lead for E-commerce strategy & Implementation with local affiliates.

  • Very fast changing context and environment, with numerous countries with different cultures and economical patterns
  • Extremely competitive markets and weak historical presence of total, presenting opportunities of development

Candidate profile

  • Appropriate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Commercial related. Possess an MBA Degree is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years working in online marketing, ability to drive sales with creative marketing ideas and strategies, ideally within an eCommerce function in automotive sector.
  • Highly motivated, passion for developing a deep understanding of shopper needs throughout the online journey and how this differs by language and country
  • Knowledgeable in range management processes, marketing methodologies, different marketing parameters and on lubricant technologies will be advantages
  • Strong communication skills and command over marketing concepts
  • Ability to communicate with culturally diverse Asia Pacific markets
