Key Responsibilities
Overall, with the varying day-to-day tasks and approximately 15-20 hours per week, you are responsible of managing and shaping your daily tasks together with the Talent Developer Team.

You will assist with a wide range of tasks within Talent Developer team:

  • Data gathering and report creation upon request
  • Support in terms of improving data quality
  • Assist in creating procedures
  • Support the HR Talent Development team within administrative activities
  • Support facilitations and set up meetings when rolling out HR projects, campaigns and processes
  • Coordinate HR campaigns and activities
  • Support meetings in terms of creating summaries, chase actions, follow up and support the HR activity plan
  • Content editing and maintaining our local HR TD Sharepoint site
  • Support internal HR programs through the breakdown of silos, role modelling of correct behaviors and standing together value
  • Ad hoc tasks and projects within HR

As a student assistant in the HR Department, you will have the opportunity to gain insight on the Talent Developers daily work in order to support them and broaden your own professional horizon. You will act as a light secretary function and be the focal point of the team. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to work with various internal and external stakeholders and have a broad range of daily contact with all HR functions in Esbjerg and Copenhagen.

Candidate profile

Who we are looking for
It is important that you possess a safety mindset. You are currently enrolled at a university or Business School within a relevant study e.g. within HR or Business Management area. Naturally, you have a mindset for improvement and waste elimination. Moreover, you are result driven with a high sense of details and known for quality in work. We are looking for a team player who is not afraid to ask questions and challenge the way the department thinks and works.

Your background

  • Being enrolled in a Bachelor/Master program is a requirement
  • Ability to liaise with persons and have good communication skills
  • Comfortable in diverse fast-changing environments and consider new and untested approaches.
  • Proficiency in oral and written English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Programs, Outlook, Word and Excel
