We are now looking for a VISION SYSTEMS ENGINEER (M/F) – VIE – based in Rokycany, Czech Republic
Context:
We make significant progress in the implementation of robotic cells and vision system in Hutchinson Rokycany. There are a lot of tasks linked with vision systems, digitalisation and deep learning. The augmented reality is now coming with new opportunities.
As a VIE, you will work within the field of vision systems (cameras, sensors, connectivity) and recognition, robot trajectory, data analyze with AI, Automated Guided Vehicle & digital tools to assist operator on his work. You will implement and improve described application.
Position within the organisation:
You will directly report to the Process engineering manager, and work closely with the plant management team (Production, Maintenance, Methods, Quality), as well as methods engineers, IT department engineers, and maintenance technicians.
Key responsibilities:
• You will select the best solution for automation project
• You will install the vision systems, digitalisation and deep learning
• You will optimise and improve described application.
• You will collaborate with suppliers and get a cross-sharing the experience in the technical team
• You will train the team on those new technologies
• You will realise external benchmark about digital subjects
Successful deployment of the digitalisation will be measured through the following indicators.
• Number of practical solutions implemented in Hutchinson Rokycany
• Pay back of the implemented solution
• Straightforwardness of the digital solution implemented
• Consistency of the implemented solutions with the Hutchinson IT systems.
Profil recherché
You hold a Master’s degree in electronic or IT, and have a general overview of new technologies.
You have an experience within the field of:
• Vision system, optical and laser sensors
• Automation, robotic PLC programming
• Deep learning, Artificial intelligence, RFID
• Automated Guided Vehicle
