We will entrust you to :

• Translate business requirements into HR strategy and effective people practices across assigned departments;
• Drive organizational changes that support the achievement of business results and sustainable development;
• Build strong partnerships with business leaders by providing consultations and solutions to enhance employee experience, retain and develop internal talents;
• Drive performance improvement initiatives and employees engagement through people analytics and best management practices;
• As a member of the HRM Team, suggest relevant improvements to existing and new HRM processes and lead internal projects to implement approved initiatives.

What You will need to succeed :

• 3-5 years of successful experience in a people management roles in international environment;
• Higher education (preferably in the field of personnel or business management);
• Problem-solving skills, initiative, conceptual thinking;
• Proven project managment expierence;
• High level of discretion, confidentiality and diplomacy;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate;
• Good understanding of business processes;
• Advanced English language skills.
