Job Description
- Goods planning and procurement to TP warehouses ;
- Respect Total Group policies and procedures implementation, notably compliance and ethics ;
- Cooperation with domestic and foreigner suppliers ;
- Transport organization ;
- Reception in SAP with all proper costs ;
- Verification of invoices for goods and transport ;
- Database product management (SAP and auxiliary systems) ;
- Registration of all deliveries (Lubs, SF) in SENT (traffic monitoring system) imposed obligatory by law ;
- Compliance with the rules of Competition Law and behavior consistent with anticorruption policy.
Context and environment
- Close cooperation with all units within the company (sales, customer service, depot, accounting)
- Collaboration with vendors
- Building strong logistics position of TP ensuring development of LUBS, SF
Candidate profile
- High education ;
- Experience in logistic and goods procurement ;
- Polish not less than C1 and English not less than B2 languages ;
- Communication and negotiation skills ;
- Ability to work under pressure, quick action when needed ;
- Teamwork skills ;
- Commitment, accuracy, openness.
