The main responsibilities will include:

• Source, analyze and delivery the design and administration of country compensation programs including merit, compensation planning, with a focus on continuous improvement;
• Support and delivery of annual share options process,
• Administering the organization’s benefits programs (., flexible benefits in accordance with CLA, insurance policies, wellbeing programs, etc.);
• Provide analytical support for Compensation initiatives and projects. This will include the analysis of data for the purposes of salary & bonus modelling, equality of pay reviews, and ad-hoc statistics;
• Source, maintain and analyse market benchmarking data / design yearly update of existing salary grids;
• Researching and analysing annually, benefits plans, programs, and compensation and benefits policies/making recommendations based on data analyses;
• Provide compensation advice to client groups with queries on subjects such as Reward strategy/policy, benchmarking, bonus plans etc.
• Work closely with HR Global team to ensure that knowledge is shared and you are able to support Compensation activities with internal clients in accordance with Atos guidelines.

• Analyses the market competitiveness and cost-effectiveness of our compensation and benefit plans to ensure they optimize our ability to attract and retain top talent.

Experience & skills:
• 5+ years of professional experience in the delivering of customer service in a full-service benefit program, including statistical analysis as used in benefit analysis, reporting and design;
• Thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of benefit program design and administration including federal and state laws and current best practices;
• Strong attention to details and excellent customer service exposure
• Advance knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Good knowledge of employment law and personnel administration
• Good English skills and the ability to work independently
• Experience with SAP or other HR administration tools.
