The Role:

Oxfam GB is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to be part of a team that manages all paid digital marketing channels across Oxfam GB to maximise revenues, engagement, and action.

This is an exciting and wide-ranging role which will enable you to really showcase your digital marketing skills in paid activity.  You’ll be experienced in developing and implementing creative digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement and conversions and will be skilled across multiple digital channels.

You will provide ongoing expert analysis of digital results to deliver continual improvement that impacts future decision making, providing insight that shapes our audience planning and supporter experience.

This role manages significant budgets to deliver agreed KPI’s and is incremental in propositioning our brand and building our supporter database.  You will work collaboratively with the wider Channel Team (email, social media, web, f2f, offline) to ensure multi-channel campaigns and user journeys

This is a highly unique and multifaceted paid digital role. You will be able to make a true difference to Oxfam GB and our work.

What we are looking for:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be an experienced digital marketer, who is passionate, confident and capable person. Advanced digital skills are a must as well an aspiration for best practice digital marketing to deliver to specific business objectives. You will have outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to respond quickly to changing needs, priorities, and timelines.

You will be someone who is ambitious, flexible and great at managing stakeholders, who can strike a good balance between being strategic, tactical & innovative. A forward-thinking mindset and a resourceful, driven approach to work are all essential for this role.
