Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the realization of a pivotal part of Total’s compensation and benefits strategy whereby ensuring competitive remuneration offered to the many local employees. The scope of the role ranges within but does not limit to:

  • Apply individual and external benchmark analysis
  • Provide expertise and insight to the HR communities and the HR generalists specifically
  • Drive annual survey reporting to internal and external sources and further develop pay ranges based on market statistics and insights
  • Leading the annual compensation review
  • Support development and local adaption of global Total remuneration initiatives, by contributing through operational implementation and analytics
  • Support the annual STI payout process
  • Support the annual LTI payout process
  • Responding to request for information for internal stakeholders to the team and ad-hoc requests
